Magnolia Ranch
Group Stays

A large group rental near Waco that actually fits everyone

Finding one place that comfortably holds a big group around Waco is harder than it should be. Most listings cap out at eight or ten guests, then you are stitching together two or three separate rentals across town. Magnolia Ranch was built for the opposite problem: one gated property, four separate homes, and 42 acres of room to breathe.

Four homes on one private property

The ranch is made up of a spacious main house plus three standalone tiny homes, all on the same fenced 42 acres in China Spring, about fifteen minutes northwest of downtown Waco. Together they sleep up to nineteen guests in real beds, not air mattresses on the floor. Because the homes are separate structures, families and sub-groups get their own front doors and their own quiet at night, while everyone still shares the pool, the firepit, and the wide open lawn during the day.

That layout solves the classic large-group headache. Parents with young kids can turn in early in one home while the rest of the group stays up by the fire. Three couples traveling together each get privacy without anyone drawing the short straw on a pull-out couch. And nobody has to coordinate driving between scattered rentals, because it is all behind one gate.

Built for groups, not just sized for them

Square footage is one thing. Shared amenities are what actually make a group trip work. Magnolia Ranch leans into that with a private pool for hot Central Texas afternoons, a full basketball court, a firepit for evenings, and two stocked fishing ponds right on the property. There is space to run a cornhole tournament, set up a long table for a group dinner, or just let kids roam where you can see them.

Check-in is by smart lock, so a group arriving at different times over the course of an evening does not have to wait on a key handoff. The property sits close enough to Lake Waco, Magnolia Market, Baylor, and the Waco Regional Airport that you are never far from the reason you came, but far enough out that the only sounds at night are the ones you bring.

If you are weighing whether one big rental beats booking several smaller ones, the math usually favors keeping everyone together: one cleaning fee, one check-in, one driveway, and a lot more shared time.
